His 1949 Los Angeles gangster Mickey Cohen had moved to monitor the whole criminal activity in the city. It was bought by judges and local law enforcement, and no one is ready to cruise or to testify against him. All except John Seargant closet, a former soldier of the Second World War, whose goal is to settle with his family in a quiet Los Angeles. Police Chief William Parker decided to create a special unit whose mission is to overthrow Cohen, and decides to run the drive enclosure.
