Storyline:
Sam Bell three-year contract to work on the Moon industry. During the entire term of the contract, it is the only employee based on their lunar station. The main objective is to harvest and periodically rocket supplies in Earth's helium-3, the current clean and abundant fuel used on Earth. There is no direct connection between the available lunar station and Earth, so his only direct real-time interaction with Gerty, intelligent computer where the function is to participate in its daily needs.
